This week was a slow week for me. I only had one event that I attended. I was asked to speak about the CPAS program at the Counselors Breakfast on Wednesday. I was a little nervous to speak in front of such a large crowd but I am pretty sure that I rocked it! It was really nice to share my story with guidance counselors from around the area. I also worked three welcome desk shifts on Thursday, to some it may seem a little boring but I enjoy trying to help people figure out who they need to speak to.
As far as my classes go I finally received the course packet for my Rhetoric Theory class. Thank goodness because I didn't want to get behind. This class has added a little stress into my life. It is my first level 3000 class and requires much more work than I am use to. Also I have spent a lot of time in the math lab this week because I had my first quiz in Trigonometry. I'm having a little trouble grasping the concepts we are learning, so I naturally thought I wasn't going to do well on the quiz. I didn't do as bad as I thought I was going to.
